Virtual Academy. Module 4.

June 10-23, the fourth training module was held at the Virtual Academy. Students were invited to study technical trends in the energy sector.

Three companies held webinars and answered the participants’ questions online:

  • June 13, Dr. Catrinus Jepma from Energy Delta Institute told on topic “Will the role of hydrogen grow?“. He spoke on the ratio of energy electrons and molecules, perspectives on greening, as well as on power-to-gas technology: current cost price data and scope.

  • June 14, Patrick Von Pattay, Project manager of Wintershall Dea answered the questions What is digitalization? How to make digitalization work for you? How to develop a digital strategy and Digital skills?

  • June 27, the webinar on “The role of gas in future mobility” was held by Jan Paul, Chief Scientist and Technology Manager from OMV Russia Upstream GmbH.

The final fifth module of the Virtual Academy program started on June 24 and will last for two weeks. Students are invited to participate in interactive lectures from the European School of Management and Technology, as well as to solve a difficult but interesting task.
